Terms of Service

By using VibeShield, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including those on free and paid plans.

You may only scan systems you own or have explicit written permission to test. Scanning systems without authorization is illegal in most jurisdictions and a violation of these terms. Your account will be terminated immediately if we detect unauthorized scanning activity.

By confirming the authorization checkbox before each scan, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to security-test the target URL or source code.

VibeShield is a diagnostic tool, not an attack platform. The service is designed to identify vulnerabilities, not exploit them. Do not use VibeShield to attempt to exploit, disrupt, or harm any system.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account.

You may not create accounts for others without their consent. You may not share your account credentials.

You agree not to use VibeShield to:

• Scan any system you do not own or do not have permission to test
• Perform denial-of-service attacks or intentional disruption of any service
• Conduct scans on behalf of third parties without their knowledge
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

VibeShield is provided on an "as is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and data integrity but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance may cause brief periods of unavailability.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

Scan results are provided for informational purposes only. VibeShield is not a substitute for a professional penetration test or security audit. We make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of scan findings.

You are responsible for acting on findings and for any security decisions you make based on VibeShield reports.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are available within 7 days of an initial purchase if you have not used the service. For refund requests, please use our support page.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeShield and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages resulting from unauthorized access to systems you scanned.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
